Brazil is very famous with its festivals that happen all year round. It plays an essential role why Brazilians are considered the happiest nation in the world. The year starts with the greatest and the most famous world-wide party – Carnival that usually takes place in the end of February and last around a week. In the winter there is Festa Junina – June festival, where you can try particular food and see Brazilians dressed in traditional cloths dancing folk. Going down to the South, in Santa Catarina State, they have what they call Festivals Month in October, so all sorts of festivals happen during this month:  Oktoberfest - 2nd largest in the world; Marejada – Portuguese festival; Fenaostra – Oyster festival; Fenarreco – Drake festival and etc.

Clubs are opened 7 days a week and offer you not just standard house and electro music parties but also an opportunity to dance typical samba or pagode or funky with native’s band singing.

During the last year around 5 million LGBT tourists visited Brazil. Sao Paulo was called 4th most visited city among LGBTs; this fact pushed to create a project of 1st Brazilian hotel only for gays. Florianopolis, the capital of Santa Catarina state, was called next Sao Francisco, and Rio de Janeiro has one of the best gay beaches in the world. Such amount of tourists can be explained not only with travel options but also with tolerance of Brazilians and legislation that allows homosexual marriages.  Just imagine, you get a chance to have an awesome romantic wedding ceremony by the coast of Atlantic ocean!
